Vince Frost
cover and spreads

The typography is used as a image illustration. Instead of using text of explaining its visually telling you.
Very simple and is very well laid out. Its a perfect example what you can do with typography by thinking of its composition.

I like the whole style of this book. This is actually one of them. Every page seems to different using typography, photography and illustrations. They have been created with a lot of thought. Its been very delicately made and has a great hand crafted skill to it.

london trip

For my reading week I went to London for 4 days. During those days I went to many Galleries for example the Tate modern and the Design Museum. I was lucky to have a friend to show the best place in London for galleries. Because my friend studies at London doing fine art she has a different look of things about art different. So between uses we had a different contrast of our oppions. Sarah took me to many fine art galleries which were very inspirational and glad to look at that root than sticking to design its important to look at all aspects of design and art.

This is an other gallery hidden in the east of London, made from wax

timeline project

I created a doughnut pop up box
I asked 12 of my friends to eat doughnuts basically.I wanted them count how many time they licked there lips, counted how long it took to eat a doughnut and how many doughnuts they could eat in 3 minutes. This was a fun process to do. But was differecult to think how I could show this on my timeline.I finally came up using a pop up book idea with some help by Lorenzo.I am pleased with my end result but I don't like making pop up books now. There harder than you think.

This is the outside of the doughnut box.

Pull the two ends of the ribbon and it opens up.

As you can see Ive got the Explanation of all 3 graphs.
