Screen Printing

This would be the technique used to create create screen print on my t-shirt and my packaging.But because I'm only using two colours black and white,T-shirt the t-shirt is already black so I would screen print it in on white.The packaging is also black and would again screen print it white.
This is a video that I found which is very helpful if I wanted to do do this professionally.
